SHOULD YOU HAVE 18 YEARS TO ENTER THE PARADOX THEATER?
The Paradoxe Theater holds an amphitheater license and not a bar. As a result, minors are allowed inside the room unless otherwise specified by the shows. Identity cards may be required by our staff for the purchase of alcohol and any minor who will be surprised to consume alcohol will be expelled automatically from the theater.
IS THE ROOM SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

IS THE COAT CHECK MANDATORY?
Yes, the coat check is mandatory for security reasons in the event of an emergency evacuation.
LOST OBJECTS
In case of lost objects during an event, please contact the reception of Théâtre Paradoxe : 514-931-5204 ext 201 or write to us on our Facebook page, make sure to describe the lost object and leave us your contact information so we can follow up with you as soon as possible.
DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept credit and debit cards at the bar as well as at the ticket office (except Amex).
WHERE CAN I PARK AROUND THÉÂTRE PARADOXE
There is only street parking. It is quite easy to park around the Theater (residential area)
HOW CAN I GET TO THÉÂTRE PARADOXE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
The nearest metro station is Monk (12 minutes walking distance).. You can also get here by taking buses 36 and 37. The Theater is also located in the Communauto and Car2Go zones

The ticket office is open 1 hour before the start of the show. You can reach the ticket office at any time by telephone at 514-931-5204 ext. 201
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A SHOW?
The doors of the Theater open one hour before the start of the show. In order not to delay the start of the show we ask you to arrive at least half an hour before
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF TICKETS?
If the tickets were purchased by phone, online or at the theater box office, you must contact our ticket office at 514 931-5204 ext. 201. Reprint fees may apply.
