It is not always easy to find the courage and the confidence that we need to face the small and the big problems of everyday life. Fabrice Midal, philosopher and teacher of meditation in France, guides us to find the resources and strengths that each of us inhabit but that we have often forgotten or neglected, in order to be better equipped to face difficult situations.
